Equity Alliance Group provides an array of services to our partnering organizations. We will empower families to advocate and work to strengthen our partnerships with local African American Faith Leaders and civic organizations to address inequities.
LaJuana Bivens, Chief Executive Officer, has an extensive background of serving underrepresented communities and championing equity and inclusion. Mrs. Bivens served as a Deputy City Manager/Sr. Administrator for the City of Stockton. She also served as the Director of Human Resources/Labor Relations with Head Start of San Joaquin County. Currently, she serves in several senior leadership positions including the State Director for the NAACP California/Hawaii State Conference; the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., BWOPA and the Links, Inc. – Stockton Chapter and the NAACP National Elections Committee.

Robert "Bobby" Bivens, Chairman of the Board - His career started with TRW, an American Aerospace corporation. He has served as a School Administrator for Operation Second Chance/School of Opportunities, a career education institution for seventeen years. He has served as the Employment Center Manager for the Los Angeles I-10 Freeway and the Contract Compliance Administrator for San Bernardino County Government. He also served as the Executive Director for Gemini, Incorporated, a health education program. Civically, he was elected and served on the National NAACP Board of Directors, Economic Development Chair for the California State Conference and currently serves as the local Branch President.
