Equity Alliance Group Incorporated is a San Joaquin Valley nonprofit working to strengthen the region's capacity to address equity and inclusion. We focus on reducing inequity in African American communities impacted by systemic racism.
We do that through advocacy and training, leadership development, and programs that move resources and decision-making toward the people closest to the work. Innovation, creativity, and ambition guide how we show up.
This is long-term work. We build the rooms, the training, and the relationships where lasting change can take hold.

Engagements are tailored to the organization, grounded in the realities of the San Joaquin Valley, and focused on durable change rather than one-off workshops.
