Building equity. Building leaders.
Equity Alliance Group advances equity and inclusion across the San Joaquin Valley through advocacy, training, and leadership development that builds the pipeline of Black leaders.
Leadership Retreat
Strengthening capacity. Shifting power.
Equity Alliance Group Incorporated is a San Joaquin Valley nonprofit working to strengthen the region's capacity to address equity and inclusion. We focus on reducing inequity in African American communities impacted by systemic racism.
We do that through advocacy and training, leadership development, and programs that move resources and decision-making toward the people closest to the work. Innovation, creativity, and ambition guide how we show up.
This is long-term work. We build the rooms, the training, and the relationships where lasting change can take hold.
To strengthen the capacity to address equity and inclusion in the San Joaquin Valley, and to reduce inequity in African American communities impacted by systemic racism.
To develop African American leadership talent and grow the pipeline of Black leaders in positions of authority and power.
Our programs
Advocacy, training, and direct programs across the San Joaquin Valley. Open any program to learn more, then tell us how you would like to take part.
We partner with employers, agencies, and institutions to assess where inequity shows up in their systems and to build the policies, practices, and training that move them forward. Engagements are tailored to the organization, grounded in the realities of the San Joaquin Valley, and focused on durable change rather than one-off workshops.

This fall, our youth travel to the Washington, D.C. area for a four-day HBCU and heritage tour. Students walk the campuses of six Historically Black Colleges and Universities and visit the museums and memorials that carry our history, so college and leadership become real, reachable goals.
